PRIVACY & TELEMETRY OPERATIONAL POLICY
Effective Date: July 5, 2026 // SYSTEM ARCHITECTURE V2.4
1. DATA CONTROLLER & ARCHITECTURE
The Global Trust Index framework (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates as a decentralized verification registry. We are committed to processing infrastructure data under strict principles of data minimization and structural confidentiality.
2. PRINCIPLE OF STATELESS DATA MINIMIZATION
Unlike consumer marketing platforms, our core registry database operates on a Stateless Execution Model.
- User-Input Queries: When an entity queries the search interface, the input string is executed dynamically in processing RAM to map a 1-to-1 connection with an active database entry. Query histories are not recorded or compiled into individual profiles.
- Telemetry & Ingress Aperture Routing: Our perimeter routers scan active environment variables (including remote IP addressing and browser engine structures) exclusively to prevent algorithmic directory harvesting, scraping, or brute-force probes.
3. LEGAL BASIS FOR TELEMETRY PROCESSING
We process routing metadata under the legal framework of GDPR Article 6(1)(f) (Legitimate Interests). This telemetry handling is structurally mandatory to secure our digital parameters, maintain registry integrity, and prevent malicious exploitation of public-facing components.
4. COOKIE ARCHITECTURE DISCLOSURE
Our systems do not deploy persistent third-party marketing tags, behavioral retargeting nodes, or commercial tracking cookies. The deployment of tracking prompts is obsolete as no tracking profile mechanics exist within this infrastructure.
5. REGISTRY DATA ACQUISITION & MANAGEMENT
For authorized organizations listed within our secure tables:
- Scope: We only display structural validation variables (such as corporate legal name, verified domain assets, issuing departments, and integrity audit schedules).
- Retention: Registry records remain active for the duration of the operational protection contract. Authorized corporate officers retain complete rights under the GDPR to request rectification, restriction of layout visibility, or permanent erasure of their public index record.
6. CONTACT & DATA PROTECTION COMPLIANCE
For formal inquiries regarding infrastructure boundaries or data controller protocols, submit all encrypted correspondence directly to our compliance network officer:verification@globaltrustindex.org
